Senior Producer

Gravity Well Studio, Chicago IL                                                                                           July 2017– January 2026

  • Lead productions— from script in pre-production all the way through final delivery in post-production

  • Co-developed a full-service production studio in house, most recently adding a LED volume wall

  • Bid out & manage large productions with a crew size of up to 45 to a small production with a skeleton crew of two

  • Collaborate with clients and agency teams to understand campaign goals and creative requirements

  • Create production and post-production calendars, schedule all prep and shoot days—coordinate all equipment rentals and crew booking/on boarding, final wrap & actualizing of all costs

  • Oversee all aspects of TV/digital commercial and video production, including managing the bidding and pre-production processes, coordinating live-action productions, and supervising post-production to execute high-quality deliverables while meeting client deadlines

  • Responsible for all day-to-day client communication including clients Toys”R”Us, Eckrich, EGO Power Plus, KIND Snacks, Wheat Thins, and Can-Am Spyder.

  • Lead client partner teams and manage creative processes to ensure seamless collaboration and support

  • In the first 3 months of account managing Toys”R”Us, produced 83 unique promotional :30 & :15 spots.  Also created for the Hispanic Market too.

  • For EGO, worked hand in hand with CMO & Marketing Manager to deliver marketing assets for Product Line Review Meetings at specific Retailers each year, including Creative Presentations with the Product Marketing Strategy & Plan, all accompanied with Dazzling Sizzle Videos

Associate Producer/Head Assistant Editor

  • Assist editors and producers during post-production process of creating a TV commercial/web video.  Ingest and organize all raw footage for editor. Sync sound, pull selects, create assembly edits, prep stock footage, search for music and sound effects. Compress/post rough cuts to FTP site for clients to review.

  • Work closely with ad agency/producer to maintain schedule and deliverables. Coordinate assets and manage all media between departments, prepping for color correction, audio, visual effects and finish.

  • Extensive knowledge in technical with the newest cameras, prepping media to edit in Avid, Final Cut, or Premier Pro

  • Maintain digital/tape vault of masters and archiving system. Update website reels and create press releases. Produce and edit screening reels. Edit & animate motion graphics for commercials and web videos whenever there is an opportunity.  Some clients include Toys”R”Us, Can-am Spyder, Kraft, Babies”R”Us, Philip Morris, and Vidal Sassoon.
